Each order is made and packed with love. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your items before they’re shipped out. Everything is small-batch and handcrafted, so we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We currently ship within the U.S. only using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight.

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you track it down if something goes wrong.

Wrong Shipping Info

If you entered the wrong address, email us at shoptierramia@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it’s already on its way, we won’t be able to make changes.
