We want you to love your Tierra Mia products as much as we love making them. Since all of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

We put a lot of care into every soap, to make sure you’re getting high-quality, thoughtfully made products. That being said, we know things happen! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at shoptierramia@gmail.com  within 10 days of receiving your package, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
